My utmost concern is that my patients receive the highest quality of healthcare available. Having a private practice with a small, but cordial staff allows me to see all my patients personally to discuss the treatment plan. I offer conservative and surgical treatments for common orthopedic problems such as back and neck pain, arthritis, carpal tunnel syndrome, rotator cuff tears and meniscal injuries, to name a few. For your convenience, we have x-ray capabilities in our office. I perform surgeries at St. Joseph's Hospital.

Richard I. Goldberger, M.D.
Dr. Goldberger is a Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon with over 25 years experience. He graduated from Boston University in 1978 and performed his residency in Jacksonville, FL.


Jessica Caldwell, CPC, BMO, Office Manager
Jessica is a certified professional coder through the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC). She has worked diligently for Dr. Goldberger since 1995. In addition to billing, Jessica also serves as an x-ray tech.


Susan Caldwell, RT
Susan serves in patient care and is the main x-ray tech. She has been a dedicated employee of Dr. Goldberger since 1983, taking x-rays, cutting casts and entertaining patients.


Nikki Goins
Nikki has been handling the front desk since 2003. She schedules surgeries, obtains authorizations and assists patients with insurance questions and appointments.
